Harshinee is a Ph.D. candidate in Computer Science at the University of British Columbia in Canada. She specializes in using AI to help with early diagnosis and tracking of neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s. Harshinee has also has built various AI solutions and analytics tools as an Applied AI Scientist Intern at the UBC–AWS Cloud Innovation Centre. She is currently an Applied Scientist Ph.D. Intern at Amazon in Vancouver, Canada.
